| Richard Billingham, Ray’s A Laugh, Scalo, Zurich , Berlin, New York, 1996 |
This lecture looked at the work of Richard Billingham; his work consisted of him documenting the lives of people in their rawest form. In a natural environment you could say, so at home/ personal space for example. I found this lecture to be of interest as he capture normal daily aspects of peoples live which would normally be overlooked.
Without realising it, myself and most people will actually do this more regularly than you think. With the digital age people are using snapchat to document their day and sometimes I'll admit it's not always interesting content for the viewer. Sometimes this content can be used for projects and the photos on my phone or camera are used as a photo bank.
